ABOUT Eastern Shore R&R

I'm Matthew Marsh, owner of Eastern Shore R&R. I started my journey in building and construction as a carpenter for Walt Disney Company in Orlando Florida where I worked both before and after my time in the Marine Corps.  After years working on interior and exteriors at this 'Magical' destination, I began fixing up homes and found a joy for designing and remodeling spaces both small and large, starting with my own homes.

I moved to the Eastern Shore to work on a project home, a large colonial manor home built in 1759.  My personal journey to work with contractors in the area was a major headache! Most of contractors I found either didn't show up, didn't call back, performed work that I found to be second rate and if they did end up finishing the work, often left a mess behind them. They weren't all bad, but I had enough bad experiences I knew I could do better for my clients.

It was this experience that made me interested in being a contractor here in Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore, and my vision to include the fun and beach atmosphere into our company culture, we called it Eastern Shore R&R.  You rest and relax, and let us do the roofing and remodeling! My goal is to provide good customer service and quality work.  Meaning, we show up when we say we will, we do work to a high standard, and we leave your property cleaned up and ready for you to enjoy.  Who wants to deal with cleaning up your brand new space?!
